Tammy Jo is a Licensed Massage therapist in the State of Tennessee since 1990. ( TN license #618) Combining Manual Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release work, Massage Therapy, Reflexology, joint mobilization, vibrational healing and Aromatherapy along with the Trager Approach; a psycho-physical Integration and Movement Education. With all these tools, mixed with her intuition and deep listening to what you and your body are saying, TJ can customize a treatment plan to meet your individual needs therefore reconnecting you with your true balance, helping you become aware of your natural posture, leading you to discover what joyfulness feels like and inspiring you to express your authentic life energy.
